 + -1 moreWe're getting ready to sell our house, and had lots of big and small projects to tackle first. Mark went around the house with me, listed the projects, instantly knew what was needed to fix problems that had stumped us (such as the ceiling fan/lightswitch issue), bought necessary supplies, and stayed right at his very reasonable estimate. Mark was pleasant, very professional and prompt. He did all the work quickly and well and cleaned up after himself. He also had great how-to advice for other projects we were doing ourselves. Mark is top notch at what he does.
Description of Work: Installed baseboards in kitchen and front hall. Rewired a ceiling fan to make it work with lightswitches. Installed a mini-blind and a vertical blind. Fixed two locks on two sliding doors. Fixed wobbly wooden stair bannister. Fixed a sticking bathroom door so that it now closes and opens easily. Reinstalled a section of fence that had blown down. Replaced a broken handle on a screen door.
