We're getting ready to sell our house, and had lots of big and small projects to tackle first. Mark went around the house with me, listed the projects, instantly knew what was needed to fix problems that had stumped us (such as the ceiling fan/lightswitch issue), bought necessary supplies, and stayed right at his very reasonable estimate. Mark was pleasant, very professional and prompt. He did all the work quickly and well and cleaned up after himself. He also had great how-to advice for other projects we were doing ourselves. Mark is top notch at what he does.
