Clint Crossen Professional Home Inspection

Clint was very reachable by phone, and was able to come out on a day and time that worked for us.  He was very detailed and likely spent almost four total hours at the house.  He was more than willing to explain things to us and answer our questions.  There was a problem accessing the crawlspace, however later in the day after completing a separate inspection he returned to inspect the crawlspace.  He sent the report to us via email later that same day.  Despite being a contractor as well as a home inspector, he never once tried to gain more business by offering to fix anything.  He really seems like a knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, friendly guy.
