Shady business practices. I called and told them I needed a new spring for the garage. She said $65 service call, $159 for the spring. Done and done. Dan comes out the next day and shows me 3 options for the repair. Three options... best, better, and the minimum. Imagine my surprise when the minimum repair for the EXACT same thing they quoted on the phone was $677. Bait and switch central. I had no choice but to succumb to their shady business practices because I needed the garage fixed asap. Once the repair was done, Dan said that he could've done the job for what the call center had quoted, but I would only have a year warranty versus three year. Really? Dude, I could've used that info BEFORE you did the repair and decided to change the bearings which were operating fine. I don't give a **** about a 3 year warranty versus 1 lol. Greg at the company said Dan told him the repair was legit because my bearings were seized...um Greg, no they weren't my guy...the bearings were fine! Definitely do more research when choosing a garage repair company, I made a very expensive mistake. Wow, I read other reviews and the same thing happened to others. Sad that this company is allowed to take advantage of hard working people
