Forza Customs

Description of Work: Nice people but not oriented towards customers without deep knowledge of car electricals, or who don't know exactly how different accessories work. I wanted to add an auxiliary input so I could listen to my MP3 player through my car stereo system. They added a unit which theoretically supersedes an FM frequency, but whenever I drive through an area where that frequency is already in use, I hear static on top of my music. They installed it without explaining that this was an existing flaw with this type of system and without explaining that there were other (perhaps more expensive) options. They also installed the port in an awkward location, without giving me other options for that either. And in the process of their work they accidentally disconnected the fuses which controlled my tail lights, causing me to get pulled over by the police the next night. They claimed that wasn't their fault, and how could I prove otherwise? So it took another trip for them to fix this problem and charge me for it to boot.
