There was some question about the appraisal because he seemed to find some flaws that weren't on the original or subsequent appraisal. He said there was a difference from his appraisal to the original. When I brought it to his attention he immediately fixed it. He was very professional. I was having a loose stone set. Overall I was very pleased/
