BANTER FLOOR COVERING INC

Absolutely the most HORRIBLE experience. The installers arrived late, brought the wrong carpet padding, took TWELVE (12) hours to install only 4 rooms of carpet, rolled out my brand new carpet in the middle of the greasy dirty street to cut it! The workers didn't look like they were very experienced and obviously very slow! Didn't speak much English so it was difficult to communicate with them. Had to keep calling Lowe's during the day to complain. They dropped furniture on my recently painted walls and damaged the drywall. They still haven't finished fixing it over a month later. Did a bad job of seaming the carpet and over month later, still trying to get them to fix it. One room had baseboards and there are huge gaps between the carpeting and baseboard. The previous carpeting and padding in that room wasn't even as thick as what I bought now, and didn't have that problem before. Lowe's came out a couple of times to look at it and told me it's my problem.
