My concern is that they overcharged for work (drawings/) and it took a LONG time to finish a project that should have been completed in 3 weeks. They did not present an initial contract to review time frame for completion of job and an estimate of the costs. Insurance agency stated that contractor often gave them billing costs AFTER the work was complete rather than BEFORE. When insurance company contacted contractor to come in the office to discuss concerns, contractor refused and wanted to be paid for the time he would be in the office. We needed to hire a new contractor who could finish the job in a timely manner!

My basement flooded and I needed help quick. Kobez Co. came right out and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

please understand, water damage and mold mitigation is an expensive necessity. However, the team did an outstanding job and very thorough.

Customer service is impeccable; the communication is great! He has transparent pricing and delivers high quality work.

They did a great job creating a new walk-in pantry for us where none was before. He was very helpful every step of the way. He was professional, courteous, and most importantly did an amazing job building the custom shelving I designed. He was able to recommend a few modifications that made the design better and we are very happy with the final product. I would highly recommend!

Casey the owner spent so much time designing a whole new floor plan to make our 1st floor more functional. Not only was he able to do everything we needed, but he was also able to make sure he thought about the things we didn’t. When it came time for the work to be done, his crews were quick clean and didn’t stop until the work was perfect! I am so happy I found Kobez Construction and look forward to getting the next job started!

Kobez Co. was brought in to install our custom cabinets, quartz countertops, add on a gas fireplace, to paint the main floor, build a bedroom in the basement, did trim work around all. If there was a way to attach photos I would in a heartbeat as the work is simply beautiful. The workers were VERY cautious in protecting the newly installed wood floors. I built a custom light over my breakfast bar that ABT wanted thousands for and under $100 (including my cost of stain and wood) they had it hung perfectly, my husband's still laughing at that one. Over 6 months we gutted the entire main floor and currently are in the process of installing a pool with a deck that they are working on. I am huge on getting several bids on my jobs and saved a TON. Casey would take the time to show my two sons how he was building things on occasion as they tended to stand behind him like little shadows much of the time. (ha) My neighbor is currently having Kobez doing numerous remodels after seeing his work. :)

Cost was 40% under bid. Contractor did not have over $2000 worth of work in contract. This was a clean job with no hidden issues. Job was to finish a gutted bathroom, tile and place a drop ceiling in laundry room, painting of trim and a few wall.s All work was visible. Did not add in original quote: 1. cost of tiling shower floor, $500 2. fixing drain in floor, $220 3. cost to hang a door (hang, trim, & paint), $400 4. cost provide connect to light fixtures in bathroom and laundry room $300 (whips already in place) Added cost without permission 5. requested addition money for paint sub contractor $300 6. Additional material not in quote $300 Was supposed to bring over drop ceiling samples and never did. Installed garbage ones and said he could install different ones "but its more time and material." Dry walled an area, but did not have painting priced. After work completed and contractor paid, he was called because closet doors were way off and that a heating vent was buried in the drop ceiling. NEVER responded. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK
