+ -1 moreI don 't know why they would not take the cash when the truck was brought back. The extra insurance and everything was already paid, all they had to do was take the $73 in cash. I think they didn't take the cash because they had a good source hitting my card over and over. I think they're really crummy.
Description of Work: My daughter was moving, so I decided to help her out. She told me she would need a credit card for the deposit, so I agreed to help out with one of my prepaid visa's. I have three of these prepaid accounts. I gave them the card that I use for family expenses. My daughter needed to keep the truck a couple of extra days, so I decided to put some extra money on there for her. They ended up taking all the extra money, then tried to bill me for $73 extra dollars. When my son in law went to pay it off, they refused to take cash, even though they said they could take cash once the truck was returned. They ended up running up over $200.00 Luckily, I have a wonderful credit union who helped me take care of this and overturned the fees.
