What I thought would be a wonderful experience of building my first home, turned out to be a nightmare! My home is full of defects including, but not limited to, an ineffective HVAC system, water that runs out of a ceiling fan in the kitchen below when the master bathtub is turned on, the basement had water infiltrating into it for several years, a bathroom ceiling exhaust fan that was not properly vented to the outside for almost four years. The lack of venting as well as poor workmanship caused excessive humidity to cause water to drip down the walls in the master bathroom and kitchen bumpout. I have spent hundreds of hours of my time, and thousands of dollars of money on attorneys, inspectors, and expert witnesses etc. All of that still leaves me with excess of $30,000 of work to be done in my home. The people that I have dealt with at this company have been unprofessional, unpleasant, and dishonest. With all of the efforts that I have put forth, they will not back their product and fix my home. BEWARE!
