Installation was a total disaster that resulted in years of problems until the entire system including some duct work had to be scrapped and a new system installed. Among the major issues and examaples: - duct work where Roger forgot where he put it before the drywall went in - a heating system that randomly shutdown, was unable to be debugged and finally replaced - a coil unit that leaked but Roger forgot to send in the warranty card so it was not covered and ultimately had to be replaced This is just a sampling of his total incompetence. Be fair to your home and don’t let this contractor get anywhere near it.

We use him every year and we like him. We've always been happy with him.

Roger was very professional. He came out, inspected our furnace and provided several replacement options. He was the second furnace service we had that week. I wanted a second opinion on costs. We planned on replacing the furnace before winter. Roger's costs are very competitive he saved us at least $1000.00 from the big name company in our area that had been cleaning and checking our furnace each year. Roger asked if he could install on a Sunday, due to his busy schedule. This was a wonderful bonus as we did not need to take another day off work. He arrived on time and completed the work on schedule.

He helped us understand how our system works. He came when he said he would and he communicates with you. He was efficient and did an excellent job and we have full confidence in him.
