Converted a walk in closet to a second floor laundry room. Job was not fully completed. Quote and initial work went smoothly. The crew arrived on time. They moved quickly but did have to wait for permits and electrical/plumbing subs. We were not impressed with the quality of those subs contractors - open electrical boxes and such. When we got to the details, R Professional was not able to deliver. I had some specific requests for trim out. I communicated with Rich about them and he assured me they would be accommodated. However his crew took shortcuts or neglected the requests altogether. For example, a hanging rod was either forgotten of mis-installed 3 times over the course of a week. Each time I was told it would be corrected. Eventually communication with Rich slowed to a crawl and I was forced to part ways and find another person to complete the job. I feel like Rich is a good guy but somewhere things broken down in my job. I cannot recommend R Professional but would also guess my experience was likely not the norm.

The are very timely and professional. They provide the highest quality of work and selection for materials. Overall, I was very happy with the results.
