Mitch cancelled half of our set appointments and when he did show up it was usually late. He was difficult to reach. Although Mitch is nice (although hard to understand) and he meant well, the execution did not meet our expectations. In terms of price, it was charged through our GC. As such, we do not know the exact pricing of his work. However, he does provide free estimates.
