Terrible communication never returns calls, email, texts, you have to keep trying to get ahold of owner hoping you will get lucky and he answers. Gives false information, gave 3 different install dates, kept changing them, final install date we got in writing and he never showed up. Took half a day to finally get a hold of him - many many excuses as to whey he did not show up or call us. Told us he would come the next day to install tub, but instead sent a messenger with the contract voided and our deposit refunded (thank goodness). This was after waiting 3 months I called Nordic hot tub directly to verify reasons we were given by owner for delays and he was not truthful. Do. Not buy from this place.
