Mark Petraglia

Terrific as usual. Mark has done a ton of jobs at our house over the last seven years. Built a four seasons room, replaced siding, replaced windows, put cabinets and flooring into our laundry room, built kitchen island, cut tile for a backsplash, built-in shelving, and installed wood closet doors (and I'm probably missing a few). As always, Mark said "I'll be there at 7:30" and he was. He leaves for lunch for precisely 1/2 hour, and, while extremely friendly, will not waste time chatting. He wants to get the job done and on to the next one! You get at least an hour's labor for every hour he's here. For every project, too, Mark finds ways for us to save money by letting us help (but if you don't want to / aren't able, it's not required!). We have done demo, cleaned up, hung insulation, and been the second laborer during the job. When I was doing my kitchen backsplash, Mark cut the tiles, but I installed it. And I often shop for my own materials, so there's never any markup on materials, or paying for the time to pick it up. Mark will take your plan / ideas and make it happen. He's not the one to design (but will offer suggestions to tell me if my crazy ideas will work!), but definitely the only one I call when it comes to execution.
