They did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with. They were flexible, and easily converted the plan to a higher ceiling as soon as extra headroom was discovered. They showed up at 8:30am and left at 5pm with everything as clean as they found it. The tiling went well, and there was a lot of cutting that had to be done for this small bathroom. On the shower, the joints were done cleanly, and Jim and Les have a good eye for the nice touches. And so, where a standard soap dish would suffice, they instead made a nice tiled insert in the wall. On the whole, a very nice job.

We received 4 bids and KelleyJames was in the middle. The team was very accommodating at any change we made throughout the process. Every morning we consulted about what was going to take place and actually do a walk through each morning. The team was prompt each and everyday and were very clean, as we did not move out of the house. It did not take long for the team to get the feel for what we like and didn't like. We were getting tired of picking the details out so once they got the feel for us they would show us 3 and we would pick the one from there. It was perfect! The overall experience was extremely pleasant, a lot less stress than we thought it would be. The detail and quality of work outstanding. We receive compliment after compliment on our kitchen and our basement. The projects were completed in the time frame promised and came in around the budget, which we never thought would happen. We had such a positive experience we had them do some other projects in the house, installing new hardware on all doors throughout the house, painting, patching, new light fixtures in rooms that were not being worked on. They even helped move out an old refrigerator in the garage making room for the new one. My wife is not an easy one to please and for her to be extremely happy with the result is such a bonus.
