Overall, we have a beautiful home, but the process was very difficult. While the final home is nice, it is not what we expected from a "custom" home in this price range. Mistakes were made that they didn't admit & we were lied to on many occasions. Very rarely would I characterize someone as dishonest, but in this case I do not hesitate to say it.
