 + -1 moreThey fixed nothing. Basement Flood Protector came out a couple months later and proved to me the water was still coming back into the pump wells in the house by running a hose into the pipe. We listened to the water rush back into the house. I called Hawthorn and John came back on a Friday. He promised he would bring a crew back on the following Monday. No one came and no one called. They took my money and provided no service other to destroy a couple of my favorite bushes. Obviously they do not warranty their work. Stay away from this company.
Description of Work: They were supposed to dig far enough in the back yard to find a leak in my drain pipe from the sump pump. They removed several bushes and made a show of repairing the pipe.
