Grout Tech Chicago

I used them off Angie's List and I wasn't that pleased. It was way overpriced. I was kind of stuck because there was some other work that was done after them. I would never use them again.

Grout and sealant looks great and is functional.  Toilet was installed accurately, but for some reason the tank is a bit shaky.  Grout Tech did try to stabilize the tank for me.

Greg was extremely professional and did great work. He answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. The job was done quickly and looks amazing. Both shower's tile look brand new.

My experience was good. Overall, it was good. There was one area where I was not completely satisfied because he put sealants on in my master bathroom shower over all the tiles and prior to putting the sealant on, he cleans the tiles and in order to clean the grout, he used a harsh cleaner and I wasn't sure if it harmed the marble or not because it made it kind of chalky and he put the sealant over it and he put a bunch of coats of sealant on. It was good but not excellent. It didn't look brand new by any means but I guess that's just how it has to be. He was respectful, courteous and on time. I think he charged me a reasonable price, I don't think it was out of line or anything. He did what he said.

Terrific! Greg is very professional and takes great pride in his work. He solves problems as they come up. He is clean and leaves no mess anywhere. His word is his bond. He is on time and a joy to have in the house because of his cheerful attitude. He always asks if he has questions and makes sure the customer knows what the work entails, is happy with any color choices necessary and the results of his work. He truly wants the finished product to be the best and his customer to be happy with the result of his work.
