Excellent Plumbing were...excellent! Jino and Kevin (I think) were professional, prompt, hard working, respectful of our home, and provided quick & quality work. Pricing was about middle of the road, but I've learned it's rarely wise paying for the absolute cheapest option...it rarely works out well. They replaced a 10 yo water heater that has given us a fair amount of trouble the last couple years. Disappointing the old one didn't last longer, but at this point most cost effective option was to replace instead of continuing to pour money into repairing the old.

These guys did a great job and I would for sure hire them again.

Nick was extremely prompt in responding to our late evening plumbing emergency in giving us an idea via pictures what he would need to do and when he could do it. He came out the next morning, replaced a large portion of piping, snaked a length of pipe causing issues, and in general went above and beyond. He worked far past what the original expected time was for this job. Not only did he complete the work but he was patient to answer all of our additional questions and give us valuable info on preventing future issues. If I could give him an A+++ I would. Can not recommend highly enough.

I received a notice that they. Didn’t come to my service area. Why did they come up as a possible service option then. I live in The University of Chicago area. T is a lovely area what is the problem.

Called Excellent Plumbing and spoke with Gino. He was great - very personable and understanding. I explained what I needed and the time crunch, and he was very flexible and attentive to our needs. Gino and his associate came out the next day, and were in and out within an hour. Work was completed well and at the agreed price. Would recommend!!
