Digital Ventures Corporation

I had previously used DVC to service my very old computer and when it came time to replace it, I was comfortable buying from Richard at DVC.

Last night my computer stopped functioning and showed me a scary message "No operating system". I ran a Google search for "computer repair barrington" and Digital Ventures came up on top. I called the number on Monday morning and spoke with Richard who sounded very professional and knowledgeable. He sounded like he new what he was talking about and by the way he was right with his initial diagnosis based only on the error description. My Windows system was corrupted and needed to be reinstalled which they did in 6 hours(!). I was really concerned about loosing my information from the computer but he assured me it was not going to happen. They not only restored the Windows but they restored my data perfectly - they even reconfigured my Outlook settings, my desktop background and icons as well as all of the programs I had installed. Unbelievable. The only thing I had to do was install my printer again which they offered to do for me remotely!
