DBK Painting LLC

I have used DBK Painting for multiple painting projects around my home over the past 3 years. Besides painting my interior, I had my garage doors and pergola re-stained, had wallpaper removed, and installed picture frame moulding. Mike takes pride in his work and that of his crew, is very respectful of your home and gives a very fair price for his exceptional service. He uses high quality paint that makes the home look amazing. I love looking at my walls. And the skim coating job in my dining room far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a painter.

Our great experience started with the owner, Mike, visiting our home to quote us on two bathrooms and the Trim/ ceiling in our family room.  We liked him immediately: he was thorough in his explanation of what they would do and why he would pick certain finishes.  He asked for a few days to put together a quote and delivered a comprehensive estimate on time. 
Mike was extremely responsive and was happy to answer all of our questions...and we had lot of them!  We ultimately chose to move forward with DBK over other quotes based on his prompt responses to emails, thorough quote (everything was line itemed), and our overall comfort with Mike.  
Then the painting began!  Ray, Mark and John the painters were just awesome.  They wanted to make sure we were 100% happy and invited us to check in on the work as they went.  Outside of being high quality painters they were fun to have in our home.  
Their work looks great!  I'm confident that we have found our painters for the next 20 years!

This was my 3rd repeat time with Mike, Mark, Ray and DBK.  These guys are all brothers.  They are all cordial, fun to work with and really good at what they do.  I could call them right now about any imperfection that I had and they would come out and make it right.  There is nothing these guys cannot do with putty or a paint brush.  Excellent skils, timeliness and cleanliness.  I would highly recommend the entire team.  Mike is responsive and solid with quotes and email too.

They were not the cheapest but so worth it. The pricing was fair.  They were clean, meticulous about work.  We ran into an issue with electrical and due to not being up to code they did not paint over. They are very ethical my family members have had work also done by them.

I had just bought a house and needed the entire place to be painted before we moved in. I got a few estimates from different painters and I was impressed with Mike's knowledge and professionalism during the initial walk through to get an estimate. He had prefaced his visit saying that his company normally charges slightly more than others since he provides quality work. His price was very competitive and was actually the lowest bid we got.
for the job itself, DBK did an awesome job, and I was surprised that there were about 6-7 guys working on the job for 3 days. all of the guys were pretty cool, and one even helped me change one of my door locks that was stuck. they fixed all of the nail pops and patched all of the holes in the walls that were there from the previous owner. they even removed a few wall mirrors and patched up behind them. overall I was quite impressed with the work that they did and my home looks really nice now. I would definitely recommend (and have recommended) DBK painting to everyone.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job painting the interior of our home. The job took two days. He showed up on time and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. We discussed different types of paint and what would best cover since a number of the rooms had been painted dark colors. I will use him again for future jobs.

Working with DBK Painting was great. They were very professional throughout the whole process and performed excellent work. The job took 4 days to complete and they took care in cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day despite the townhouse being vacant at the time. Since this is a rental unit, we wished to keep the costs down where we could while still getting a quality end result. Mike helped us achieve that by helping choose a good quality, yet cost effective, paint and a ceiling color that would not require two coats but still met my design objectives. We have used professional painters in the past and received numerous quotes from various painters over the years, but none have ever provided a selection of different product lines from different brands with an objective explanation of which lines are best used in certain circumstances such as DBK did. I would definitely hire DBK Painting again in the future.

The contractor worked with my schedule and was very helpful. There was a lot of work involved with the painting of my townhome and they did more then what was expected. They were very clean and did apologies when there was some dust due to the sanding. The paint job looks great and I have gotten so many compliments. Most of all you cannot beat the price and professionalism!
