| one TIME THEY MOVED THINGS IN A WAY THAT i HAD TO SEARCH FOR THEM. they WERE TRYING TO DE-CLUTTER MY KITCHEN A LITTLE. THEY PUT ALL THE ITEMS ON MY WINDOW LEDGE IN A CONTAINER AND THEY PUT THINGS IN MY CABINETS THAT WERE ON THE COUNTER. NOT GOOD. HAD A PROJECT FOR MY GIRLS ON THE LEDGE AND THEY MOVED IT.

|OVERALL I WOULD HAVE THEM BACK. IT IS SO NICE TO HAVE A CLEAN HOUSE WHEN I COME HOME. I CAN TRUST THEM IN MY HOME. I FEEL THEY WERE TRYING TO DO SOMETHING NICE BY DE-CLUTTERING AND THE OTHER WAS MISCOMMUNICATION.

Service was nothing spectacular. We paid for 5 hours of cleaning, but cleaner claimed she was done after only 4. Cleaner was friendly and could speak English pretty well. That being said, could have done a better job.

I've been using Dand R for a few years now. My husband always laughed at me because I kept changing cleaning companies for a variety of reasons (didn't like how they did the job, kept breaking things around the house, etc).
Since I've been using Dand R, I've had no complaints! We have the same person every week and she does a great job. The house always looks fantastic when I come home! Nothing broken, house is clean!
She also has to work with our alarm system and that has never been an issue.
We found Dand R through a co-worker recommendation and we couldn't be happier.

The service wasn't anything spectacular but the price was great. It's a very cheap cleaning to have someone come in for a few hours and do all the floors and bathrooms at least. Some things didn't get done really well - like they didn't scrub the floor in any spots that were extra dirty so after mopping gently there were still some spots that were dirty looking. Also it really depends on what cleaning lady shows up that day. One lady was very thorough and cleaned the tile walls in the shower and the entire bathroom mirror, while another lady didn't clean the shower walls (left them mildewy) and only cleaned the mirror as high as she could reach (which was halfway up).
Overall, for the price it was a satisfactory occasional cleaning service. I would hire them again but I don't expect things to be extremely spotless afterwards. I might have to take 30 minutes or so to go around and do a few and quot;touch upsand quot; to get it to my picky standards.

I always ask for the same two women and have been able to get them back. They do not speak English well but they were dropped off by a younger woman who did. After explaining to the translater what I wanted the cleaners were on the job. They worked very efficiently, with a minimum of chatter, and got the job done within the estimated time. I was VERY pleased with them. I do not live in the area but if I did I would hire them to clean my own home.

They are working out well. They are very professional. They are here right now. They started in August of this year. They come pretty much every week with the exception of maybe three weeks when I was out of town. They charge $80, which is a little on the higher side. Our house isn't that big, but it's very clean. They show up all the time and they take nice directions. The girls who have been coming here have been very pleasant so far. They are easy to have around. The woman that owns the company calls and confirms the day before to make sure and she is very professional. Sometimes you have to go over things the second time. So, the girls are very easy to talk to and they take directions very well. They are very sweet. They clean all the stuff. They clean the oven by wiping on the outside. If I want them to do the inside, they will do that as well. They do a nice job.

I think they do a good job for a very fair price. However, I do think that it depends on which person I get to clean my house. Three people did work with me before I found someone else who is a good match for me.

I like that the owner calls as a reminder the day before to make sure everything is set for the cleaning and to make sure if it is OK for the person to come. Occasionally I forget, so it is nice to have the reminder. The price is reasonable. They do a pretty good job.

They are pretty good and pretty impressive. They come out once every two weeks. They are always five to ten minutes early. They do everything like dusting, cleaning, vacuuming and so forth. The owner, Daivar, is very, very professional. She calls the Friday before she comes as a courtesy reminder even though an appointment would be scheduled. They are very thorough and they do for me pretty much whatever I ask of them. I have the sewer cleaning out in my basement, and I don’t like the dirty water inside the house. I ask them to take it outside and they do it with no questions asked.

They are polite and they get the job done quickly. They do a good job and are reasonably priced as well.

Overall I have been very pleased with the service. I have found them organized and reliable, calling to confirm times and follow-up on service performed. They did a good job with the actual cleaning - I didn't see any cut corners. The price is very reasonable - $70 for my house. (I also leave a tip) I've asked them to come every other week to perform a cleaning and the above is based on three actual visits.

I would have to say that they are good. They did fine this last time, but actually I have them come out bi-weekly for me. The woman is very organized and she always calls me ahead of time to confirm the time. That s good because several times, that has prompted me to remember that they were coming. The last time they were here, I did notice that something was broken and I have not heard anything about it yet. I really like the one person that came out one time, but you are always going to have someone that is better than the other. I guess the one cleaner is probably better than the one we have now. I still say they are pretty good, though.

Luba "flew into my house" on time and ready to work. I express it that way because she's a dynamic cleaning powerhouse, full of energy, discipline, and determination. I liked the way she "sized up" the situation first to determine what was needed and in what sequence she would tackle the job. She asked questions to confirm her "boundaries" for dealing with the room. That meant that I had to make decisions to enable her to do her work and to minimize work for myself later on. She politely challenged my initial thoughts to keep certain things when there was no earthly reason why I needed to do so. She complimented me when I decided to give things away rather than keep yet another color, size, texture of the same item. She has a great sense of humor and the ability to light a fire up under a person to do what they have put off doing for far too long. She lifted me out of my lethargy and energized me to get more done around the house than I have for a while. She's the best!

We were very happy with the experience and definitely plan on using D and R regularly for our housecleaning. I'd recommend them to others.

The lady was very good and even spoke a little English, always a help. She is supposed to return weekly. Their price was $13.00 an hour for 8 hours work. Less than that it is $14.00 per hour. I was very pleased with their performance.
