It was an awesome experience from the quote to the final day. Robert kept us informed while we waited for our order of siding to come in. The crew was very professional. The job started earlier than expected and finished in just 3 days. We had sagging soffits, cracked facias and exhausted painted siding, they took our worn out looking house and made it beautiful. We no longer have the ugly house on the block. Thank you, I have absolutely no regrets.

The owner came out to look at the job. Then he gave me a free estimate. His team did a great job and in less time then I thought.

From the first phone call to the completion of the work, Creative Exterior Concepts Inc was very responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. Robert Raffetto arrived for the estimate at the appointed time. We worked through every detail together and then Robert brought out samples of the materials and showed options we could choose. We walked around the house after that as Robert discussed in detail what his team would do & what to expect when we removed the bad gutters, as unknown issues could arise. He went over how these issues would require attention and only at that point, when we could see it, would the cost estimate be determined. He assured me that at any point if additional work was required, I would be notified to authorize how to proceed. After receiving estimate form other installers, we chose Creative Exterior Concepts Inc, not because they were lowest price quote (one was lower) but because Robert took the time to listen, understand what we wanted to do, what our budget concerns were and showed us the products with a detailed explanation on how the work would be done. Creative Exterior Concepts Inc got the work done within a very reasonable amount of time even with weather delays. I will definitely consider them for future projects on my home. This is a family-owned business, and it is run the way you would hope a business would run! Every appointment was kept, right on time, they stuck to their estimate, they were always available for questions day or night. Robert Raffetto, the owner, was onsite each day with the installers: the work crew was superb. They worked from about 7:30am until sundown This was a group of experienced craftsmen who really knew their stuff. The products are absolutely gorgeous, and we've had many people comment when they see the house. I can't imagine how someone could do a better job!

Great communication from Robert. Our install date had to be pushed back for snow in March and rain in April, but Robert kept in touch every step of the way.

Robert Raffetto and crew of Creative Exterior Concepts were wonderful to work with. The tradesmen were skilled, timely and fast. It took three weeks (including 3 rain days) for total window replacement (24 windows), installation of interior trim, and total siding job with new trim on the exterior. Site clean up occurred at the end of each day. You wouldn't know they had even been inside the house on any given day.
They were a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly use them again in the future if I have the need for their services.

We used Robert and his team at our previous home for siding, vinyl window wraps, soffits and gutters as well as new windows and sliding glass doors. All of his work was very nicely done and his crew was very professional.
We recently purchased a new home. As soon as we knew we would be closing on the home, we had Robert come out and give an estimate. We wanted to extend current windows to a larger size, replace two others that were in wood frames and two sliding glass doors. Originally we thought we would need custom sized sliding doors, but Robert and his team were able to work around the custom sizing so we could save money. He installed Thermal Industries windows and Allside Sliding doors. He was able to match our soffit colors which was a nice added touch. The work was done professionally and the trim work they added looks very nice. All of this work was completed in three days and you would not know that they were here.

Robert met with me for over an hour during the initial estimate. He spent so much time going over my questions and the details of the siding/window replacement process. He emailed his proposal to me very quickly. Robert is very personable and clearly is invested in maintaining a good reputation for his company and products. The work and professionalism were very impressive. The owner, Robert, was on top of things and kept me abreast of all details as the work was being done. The crew was courteous, neat and extremely dedicated to their work. They did not stop work until the job was finished. They were prompt and as unobtrusive as workmen can be when working on one's home. They put in a full day's work every single day, and the finished project is absolutely beautiful. It is hard to believe it is the same house. Robert has followed up with me months later to be sure I continue to be happy with the work. I've had a lot of work done on my house, but this company is heads and tails above the rest with regard to quality workmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Creative goes out of their way to make a good initial presentation. The price was appropriate. Alfred, the foreman, was friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had during the project and Robert came over daily to check in with us and see that things were progressing well.

The crew arrived when expected and did a wonderful job. They replaced our outside fixtures and put up the new address numbers on the house. The work was completed when planned. The crew did an impeccable clean up after each day's work was completed. They were polite and very professional. It looks like a brand new house.

Robert was great to deal with. Very honest and trustworthy. He did the work for exactly what he estimated. His advice on materials and colors was invaluable. We're extremely happy with how the job turned out. His men showed up on time and worked long hours to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous and respectful at all times. We invited Robert to give us an estimate because we saw other homes in our neighborhood which he had done, and we were impressed. His estimate was competitive, and we already had seen the high quality work he does, so we hired him. He did such a nice job on our house, that our next door neighbors hired him for their house too! We would recommend Robert to anyone who asks. In fact we already have a number of times.

Called to get an estimate for new patio door, 2 kitchen windows and a foyer window. Robert got back to me the same day to set up an appointment. When Robert came out, he gave me estimates on the above, but told me I didn't need to replace the entire foyer window, that I should just call a glass company (that saved me about $2,000; the other company that came for an estimate did not share that information). The door was installed today and it looks great. Since the beginning, Robert has been excellent with follow up. He called while the foreman was here installing the door, and called after to see how I liked it. I'm planning on having the kitchen windows installed after I get a new countertop installed. Workers very professional and thorough, cleaned up completely when the job was done.
