Cook was an honest professional. I had worked with another company for 15 years and they weren't able to come out for several days and we needed the unit fixed faster. Cook did such a good job that I decided to change who I work with from now on they have made a customer out of me.

Great company to work with. Unfortunately my a/c unit went out during the Covid crisis but Cooks was there to help. They called me back right away after reaching out on Angie's List and squeezed me in same day. The technician was very nice and professional ans explained everything that he was doing and help me understand what happened to my unit. He even gave me some pointers on basic maintenance for my unit. He explained that so many people don't realize it's a capacitor issue and are tricked to change the whole unit. Overall very helpful and definitely will use again! Thank you again for all your help team!

We are extremely happy that we chose to resolve our issues with the help of Cook's Heating and Cooling.   What I like most about Don is he is knowledgable enough to plan ahead for the appropriate demands of the system....first with PEN AND PAPER.   He then openly discussed the issues with us, and made appropriate calculations and recommmendations of which brands to use. He actually cares, and wants to make sure we are happy with the result, and we are.
He executed the replacement of our water tank, with a corresponding adequate boiler, and also replaced the booster pump such that now even when we have guests visiting, the water pressure doesn't get lost when multiple showers are running, and we have never run out of hot water!  His work was neat and clean, and he explained the system in basic terms for the consumer/home owner to understand how to maintain it.
