Responded promptly to phone message, had availability the same week I wanted, arrived on time, was courteous. Carpets had a bit of a "swirly" pattern from the machine, but they disappeared as it dried. It took about 24 hours for the carpets to dry, which was a little longer than I'd expected. Did a nice job at a very good price. I would use them again.
