I have got a re occurrence of cracks on my ceiling within two months of completing the projects. Called them to come back and they won't come back to repair. They don't stand behind there service.

The member was told upfront all cracks would be patched, major cracks with fiber glass with no guarantee they would not return under anytime limit, period. Old plaster and stress cracks can occur uncontrollably. Aside from this she had falsely accused me of taking something from her house at our conclusion of the job. I was outraged, offended and insulted. In the business over 35 years with a flawless reputation for honest high end quality work. This blatant false accusation of taking something from her should eliminate me from your request. I have always stood behind my work, even years after completion, but this accusation of mistrust I will not tolerate. She received a job a close to perfect as possible as she demanded, but had created her own problem with her false assumption as she well knows. She never apologized or showed remorse just demands.
