Bran Dee Electric

SCAMMER!!! Watch out! the guy listened to my problem over the phone (outlets in the kitchen stopped working), he said it was going to take him an hour to find the problem and that he was going to do it at no charge as part of the estimate. when he came over my husband was home and I was not, he proceeded to open up all outlets in the kitchen "to identify the problem". he then said, it was not visible, so if he was hired to fix the problem he would have to open up the walls. He then insisted that I agreed to a $75 charge for his estimate. Since I was not home, my husband believed him and coughed up the money. Conveniently, he does not take credit cards - cash only. This was 2 weeks ago. We have not heard from him since. When I called him, he became defensive and said "I will mail you money back - I promise". Right... We had another company come out since then. They identified the problem (and showed us) in 10 mins - One of the breakers in the panel was bad. Did so at no charge. Bran Dee Electrics said he checked the panel and it was fine, when it was clearly not fine. Second contractor was shocked that Bran Dee wanted to open up walls. Please BEWARE of BRAN DEE ELECTRICS - This is a SCAMMER!!!!
