The house inspection found that and we had to get it fixed so I called a couple of guys and they responded and he fixed it. He had given me a price range and they came up and just jumped on the roof. He fixed it and gave me the highest price. They did good work, but I just did not appreciate that. But I needed to get it fixed so I didn't care at that point. (Regarding the price) he had me. I mean, they did show up right away -- I'll give them that, but he should have told me it was going to cost this much. But instead they just jumped on the roof and started working.  They responded right way, I give them credit for that, but if he would have firmed up and told me it would cost this much I would have been given them all A's. They were very punctual. I might use them again in the future, but everything would be in writing before I did.

I contacted a number of companies to try and address a ongoing issue with a leaking flat room above our sunroom.  One did a patch which lasted less than a year.  Tim was extreemly professional.  He showed me options and discussed trafeoffs with each.  They brought an entire team and worked fast.  They also hit some rotting that was from the leaking that occured.  They quickly discussed options with me and adjusted their work to repair the decking and finish the roofing job.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. They were very meticulous about cleaning up around the yard on a daily basis. There were a few other hidden defects in our roof which they could not have known about til the work had begun. They made us aware of these things as they came up and asked for our approval before doing any of that work. Because of this, we would recommend that you plan on potential additional cost. Our roof was a bit more complicated and took longer to complete than was originally predicted, which was alright with us. In this way, we felt that they were getting the job done right rather than a typical "storm-chaser" rush job.

They arrived on time and started job in a good time frame. worked very good as team. Bid came in but had to adjust it because of extent of jost damage...Informed us and also took before and after photos. Replaced roofing where they took it off to match current color and everything

Things went very well. The company president, Tom Bott, was very thorough in his evaluation of what needed to be done. This is a company that I felt was very easy to do business with. I felt comfortable enough in my dealings with the company personnel that I decided to add a couple of items as they were finishing the originally estimated set of work items, namely, adding a new downspout and tuckpointing a couple of problem areas.

They are very trustworthy. They are not going to rip you off and sell you something that you don't need. This guy called me back within the day and came out the next day with a detailed, professional planned project. They were very easy to work with. They did a very good job. The workers were here bright and early and didn't leave a mess. They charged what they said they would.
