Mr. Ray Bott and his son Frank showed up at our door a few minutes early after receiving my desperate phone call the day before and returning my message within a few hours.  They were very kind, considerate and friendly.  They seemed very experienced.  They discussed the work with me beforehand and while in progress.  Afterward, they explained in full detail what they did and showed me everything.  They even changed a faulty light they came across.  They gave me advice on taking care of a related situation and told me of future maintenance that we can expect.  The work took a reasonable 1 1/2 hours and was done well.  I will definitely call them again if needed.

Ray has been doing work for us for years. He's very capable and professional as well as a really nice guy. He now works with his son I believe. His diagnosis and estimates are usually quite accurate and I have no doubts of his honesty or integrity.
