THEY HAD PROMISED TO COME OUT ON FRIDAY TO HAUL AWAY THE DESK. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL. IT IS NOW MONDAY AND THEY HAVE STILL NOT CALLED TO APOLOGIZE.

AFTER 32 YEARS IN BUSINESS AND SERVICING THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS THIS IS THE FIRST NEGATIVE RATING I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I SINCERELY APOLOGIZE TO THIS CUSTOMER FOR OUR INABILITY TO SUPPLY THE SERVICE THEY REQUESTED. SINCE THIS WAS OVER FOUR YEARS AGO I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY LOCATING THEM IN OUR FILES. THIS CUSTOMER CLAIMS THAT WE FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T CALL. OUR POLICY IS TO CONTACT EVERY CUSTOMER IF FOR SOME REASON WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR ARE RUNNING LATE. I CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT WE MUST HAVE MISPLACED THE SERVICE TICKET OR SOME EMERGENCY MAY HAVE DEVELOPED. EITHER WAY THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE EXPERIENCE THIS CUSTOMER HAD WITH OUR FIRM. AGAIN I WISH TO APOLOGIZE FOR THIS UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. IF THERE IS ANY WAY I CAN RECTIFY THIS SITUATION I HOPE THE CUSTOMER WILL RECONTACT ME. BOSTON & SONS HAULING
