Dave did an excellent job repairing the work; however, he pitched the step into the shower in the wrong direction so the water would spill into the bathroom instead of into the shower. We didn't know this until we bought the glass door for the shower and the contractor, rightfully so, refused to install the door until the repair was made.
Dave never returned our phone calls, but he definitely cashed our check. We had to hire another contractor to fix Dave's work - and we hired Dave to fix someone else's work to begin with.
We're very disappointed as Dave was very helpful, but when you mess up, you need to step up and fix the problem.
