"Since we just enrolled in Angie's list this is the first time that we are reviewing the comment. Please keep in mind with this review it has been so long ago that I do not know all circumstances such as weather, special order delay and etc. We do not ask for any payment down upon starting projects and in almost every project we complete any payment is not made until homeowner is satisfied and completed."
