Bad in one word. We had them out in January of 2016 and after numerous phone calls, and emails still have not been refunded our Money. I have talked to Lee who I think is the owner. He tells me he will give our money back but hasn't. They literally stole money from us. They are not trust worthy and they deserve straight Fs as their review I I would like help from Angies list in getting the money.
Description of Work: We had this company come out and look at our Thermador oven/range. The temperature of the oven was 60 degrees off. Noor, the technician who came out, asked for a deposit to get the part. After a month he called and said he could not get it. He said they would refund the money. We now have a new oven and this company literally stole money from us .

My KitchenAid freezer and refrigerator control panel would not turn on, the freezer was thawing, and the refrigerator was warming up. I called A-High Tech Refrigeration, which has multiple addresses, including one in Chicago. Vickie asked for my address and city, and said she would page Lee Munir, the repairman. He called shortly afterward and said he would come within an hour to an hour and a half. He asked for the model number of the KitchenAid refrigerator, checked his company's inventory, and said he had the control panel in stock. He arrived on time, quickly and carefully replaced the control panel, checked that it functioned correctly, and instructed me on how to defrost the freezer with a blow dryer before I turned it back on. He said to give him a call if I had any problems, but there weren't any. The freezer and refrigerator work perfectly. To put things in perspective, Abt, the place where I had bought the refrigerator in 2005, told me that the earliest a repairman could come out for this emergency would be the next day. Then he would have to order the part, which would take another 1-3 days. Once Abt received the part, I would have to set up another appointment to have them replace the part. If I had used Abt's repair service, which I have always done in the past and received excellent service, most of the food in my freezer and refrigerator would have spoiled. It's fortunate for me that A-High Tech Refrigeration was able to come out with the part almost immediately and complete the job to my total satisfaction. The total cost of the part and labor with A-High was about the same as it would have been with Abt.
