Our kitchen sink is nine inches deep, so the task of replacing the faucet system involved a difficult reach. Tom got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up well.
He lubricated an outside faucet and, when that didn't end the squeaking, turned off the main water and went further into the faucets to lubricate them. This did clear up the problem and saved us the cost of replacing them to end the nuisance.

Tom picked up the toilet that we choose and installed it. He had a great price and was very neat and cleaned up when done. I have used Tom for many plumbing needs for the last three years. We called Tom on a Thursday evening when we realized the plumbing in the bathroom sink was leaking. He told us what we needed to purchase. We went and got a new faucet assembly that evening. He stopped by the next day and installed everything. He made sure there weren't any other issues.

This was our first time contacting Tom. He responded to our call shortly (it wasn't an urgent matter) and said he could come out with the hour. Sump pump broke down on a Sunday morning. Tom responded in person to our phone call and arrived within the hour. After discussing the situation with him, we asked him to replace the old pump, which he did quickly and efficiently. He also gave us an estimate on another project we are considering for the future.
