"We are very sorry Mr. [Member Name Removed] had this experience at our shop. We here at The Euro Shop strive for 100% client satisfaction. We are about building a long term relationship with our clients and we are never about leaving a bad impression about our commitment to quality service. I have reviewed the repair order we had no complaints with the brakes at all. We addressed suspension noise in the front suspension sway bar links. We replaced the sway bar links along with that we replaced the worn out tires and performed needed 75,000 mile maintenance. We even worked with his warranty to get some of the repairs covered. We did inspect the disc brake system when we did the other work and saw no issues. We did test the parking brake for function and it worked properly. The only part of the brake system that is not visible is the parking brake as the parking brake is located inside the rear rotors and it is not visible without completely removing the entire rear brake system and with no complaint or concern with the brake it would not be checked. Also the repairs had been done on 11/14/2014 and the vehicle sat here for an entire month after completing the repairs, it was picked up on 12/15/2014. It is possible that leaving a vehicle sit outside in November and December weather may have caused the brake to become rusty and causes a problem but Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not let us address the brake issue as he did not bring it back for us to look at it. Even this review was just posted it is from service we did 17 month ago."
