HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS TO ME VERY CLEARLY, AND PERFORMED THE WORK AS QUICKLY AS HE COULD, GIVEN THE NEED FOR PARTS TO BE DELIVERED FROM THE SHOP, AND ON THE SECOND DAY DELIVERED FROM A LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR. I SAVED $2,000 BY HAVING THE FURNACE FIXED, INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT AS SEVERAL SALESMEN FROM OTHER HVAC COMPANIES WANTED ME TO DO. MY TECHNICIAN, CLEM, WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

TAKES AWHILE FOR RUDY TO GET ALL ANSWERS AND TO GET BACK TO YOU. HE IS A 1 TO 2 MAN OFFICE WITH PT GIRL. SERVICE FOLLOW UP IS PATHETIC. HIS HOURLY RATE AT ABOUT $70HOUR IS HIGH FOR WHAT HE SAYS HE CAN DO.
