Metro City Roofing

Paul Mitchell of Metro City Roofing showed up with his wife on my property to perform the repair. Mr. Mitchell sat in his truck with his wife while two other men did the work. When the work was finished, Mitchell asked me for cash. He told me he would give me a $25 discount if I could get him cash instead of a check, because the banks were closed that day. I believe this is because Mitchell doesn't have a bank account. He probably scammed a bank in the past, and now is not allowed to open an account anywhere. Mitchell warrantied the repair for 7 years. The repair was performed in May of 2018, and six months later, the roof is working again. When I tried to contact Mitchell, he was nowhere to be found. I believe that all the information on his contract, like the phone numbers and addresses, are false.
