Once assessing the problem, they will always contact you to let you know what needs to be done and the cost. They are truly lifesavers! Description of Work
2 laptops were repaired - one had the hard drive replaced and the other had a battery replaced and scrubbed of viruses.

I took in two older computers with Windows 7 on it that weren't working. They were fixed expertly and promptly. We were happy that they both worked better than when they were new! One was my disabled sister-in law's machine; the other was one I'd hardly used but crashed that I wanted to give my niece so she could use it to go back to school. I'd taken these to one place, "OH you should see these on Ebay, even for parts they're worth a bit. Another place offered to recycle them for me. AH no. I knew enough to know they were well worth fixing. The price I paid was reasonable and fair
