Bill (company owner) did a great job. Was very VERY professional. Was straight up with us about the job he had to do and his opinions of our choices and really helped us feel like we'd hired a quality company. He was able to complete our work on a relatively tight time table during a kitchen remodel.

Bill ordered the wood and delivered it about 5 days before the start of the job. Bill was very helpful in advising us what to do with our floors. He explained our options and risk. The floors look really nice and it took only about 4 days. Bill was very punctual and fast in doing the job.

This company refinished all the wood floors of my 4 bedroom home , when I first purchased the home.?They had been carpeted. In 2000, I added an addition with 600 sq ft of wood flooring. Fabulous Floors chose the wood, installed the floor and stained the new floor to perfectly match the previously re- finished floor in the old part of the house. They also put a special European finish, which wears like iron.?I'm very fussy, but I am very happy with their efforts to excel.

I don't know the rates because they were subcontracted out and I don't have the receipt of how much I paid them. I thought that they were professional, did good work, and I was very pleased with them.
