It went great. I had a hole in the valve that keeps the freon from leaking out....replaced the valve, charged the freon, cleaned the furnace, all is great!! I would definitely use them again!! Very happy!!

Frank, the owner, came over the same day that we called for an appointment. He looked over our existing systems, discussed the pro's and cons of several levels of replacement equipment, and promised an estimate based upon our preferences, which we received from him within two days: the price was very reasonable, and our choice of a 95% efficient furnace will enable us to get a 30% income tax credit for 2010 as well. We were able to schedule installation for the next week. Because Brian, the installer, had several family issues to attend to, he worked sporadically on the installation throughout the week, but that was fine with us, and Frank always called to inform us of the schedule well ahead of time. A problem with the air-conditioning fan mechanism occurred about two weeks later: Frank came out immediately when we called, diagonosed the problem, and fixed it temporarily while he ordered a replacement part. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the entire experience.
