The inspection will cover the homes major systems, from the roof to the basement, and I will tell you what needs to be done. Inspection reports are completed on computer generated software with digital photos. All home inspection include a Free 90 Day Limited Home Warranty and Recall Check of the Major Appliances. Steve not only uncovers problems, he is extremely good about explaining the difference between items that may look bad, but are not significant and the ones that really are bad.
He if okay with you attending the inspections and does a great job of explaining things so that you understand issues and systems in the house. He also helps you think about your long term maintenance program to protect your house once you own it.
