Always able to get in quite quickly and they're always able to answer questions. They're good vet. Lots of discounts they give you and things like that.

We are active in a Beagle rescue group. We have four of our own and usually we foster too. I like everything about them. The staff is great. The doctor is wonderful etcetera. It's great.

I have been taking my animals here for ten years. They are excellent and I will use them again.

Dr. McGinnis has been my vet for years. My two year old "puppy" Archie is very shy. He is afraid of people who he doesn't know and I was afraid of how this wellness check was going to go. Dr. McGinnis was very patient with him and approached him very slowly and gently. He was able to do a full exam on Archie and give him all of the necessary shots and bloodwork. The staff at Animal Care Center of Lake Villa is very caring and helpful as well!!

One of our cats died in her sleep, quite unexpectedly, shortly after we had moved here. Because we had not yet found a vet for our 3 cats, I called the animal hospital that I had seen from the road not far from our house. The person who answered the phone was very compassionate and helpful when I explained the situation and asked if they could handle the cremation for us. We were told to come right over. Once there, the staff were extremely kind and thoughtful, recognizing what sadness we were feeling. Although no vets were in the office at the time, the vet techs were great, and I left thinking that I will probably return to them for regular care for our other cats.
