It was a smooth process. He installed radon detection devices in the basement and on the first floor. We tested positive in the basement, and we used that to negotiate a solution with the sellers. John provided a detailed report and recommended a few vendors who could remediate the problem. Outstanding service.
Description of Work: John set up a radon detection system in the house we were purchasing. He was very prompt to return our calls and on time for his appointment. He explained quite a bit about the dangers of radon, and why we should look for it prior to purchasing the home.
