The Villas Project

Great experience on this remodel project. Removed exsisting shower and tube to create large closet and walkin shower. From, quote, to plumbing, design, tile, painting and glass. Expertly completed.

Andrew is a verey nice, professional contractor. His work is always done right and the quality of his service is exceptional. Availability is good and the rates are reasonable. I used him for two different phases of a breakroom remodel. Freestanding storage cabinet assembly, then countertop and sink replacement. Plumbing work went well and he even finished the wall with painting to leave a fresh backsplash. He's vesatile as we had to work out some materials issues. Was planning to have the cabinets painted but the countertop looked so good it saved me from having to do it.

I had a shower remodel completed and Andrew was wonderful to work with! He delivered on his time commitment, and not only matched my expectations, but exceeded them. He also stayed an extra twenty (20) minutes after his work was complete, until I arrived, to point out some additional information for me. For that, I am extremely grateful! Nice work Andrew and thank you once again!

I needed a couple of rooms painted and was nervous because I don't love having people working in my home especially if I'm not there the whole time. Not only does Andrew make a single gal feel safe and comfortable, he clearly explained everything that needed to be done and gave a very reasonable rate. 
The day of the work: he was on time, completely prepared, and when the job was a little more than I first described (some patching and crack filling was needed) he took it on with a smile. He put in extra time to get the job done right and ensure my walls look great. 
He used quality paint, everything was covered and cared for, he thoroughly cleaned up after and even checked in the next day to make sure I was completely happy seeing the walls in the daylight. It was a pleasant experience all the way through.  
I have had some bad experiences with handymen in the past so I was thrilled to find someone reliable, professional, and likable so I insisted on writing a rec for him. There is a 100% chance I will be using him the future.

We decided a week before we were going to move into a new home that we wanted our home painted.  We contacted Andrew through Craigslist and responded to my email in 15 minutes.  He was able to meet with me five days later to review the job and was able to start the next day!  He assured us the bedrooms would be painted before the movers would arrive and he delivered!  The work was top notch.  The job we asked  him to do was not easy.  There were boarders to be removed, cracks to be repaired.  My son wanted a Blackhawks bedroom, so he had to deal with the challenge of bright red paint. 

What he did was our basement was amazing!  He painted over the wood paneling and made the basement look brand new.  Again a difficult project in dealing with treated wood and the grooves of paneling.  He also repaired a door and has been in touch on finishing up some trim work for us.  Andrew was attentive to our needs and had excellent attention to detail.  We look forward to hiring Andrew for future home improvement projects.
