PRO-CARE SVC INC

Called company at 8:30 AM and they were able to setup an appointment with me the same day at between 11AM and 1PM.  They asked me about the coupon that I received in the mail and asked me for the code and what cost of sofa cleaning on the flyer.  Each sofa was confirmed at $45 each and the cat scratching post at about $35.  Chris, the technician, arrived at 12:30 and started to review the project.  He explained all things that could be done regarding the sofas and then suggested, based on age, what he thought were appropriate.  We decide on cleaning and sanitizing on both sofas.  He threw in sanitizing on the cat scratching post. We reviewed the estimate together and decided that there were certain procedures that didn't need to be done.  As he was cleaning, he showed me the difference between the cleaned part of the sofas and that which had not yet been done.  You could definitely see the difference.  He also showed me the dirty water before he flushed it.  

Over all I was very pleased at the job he did within the two hours he was here.   

They are horrible.  I feel that they scammed me out of money.  They changed the numbers that I agreed to and he was a complete bait and switch.  The quality of work done was very poor.  You call them to come out and they claimed us in the past one price but they come out and tell you another.  I swear the guy changed the numbers I agreed to.  I paid them by cash and he was very sketchy.
