Matt did an EXCELLENT job in our two remodel projects. He performed all of the work in a timely manner, was very knowledgable about his trade and ensured all of his work passed the village inspections. We will be hiring Matt for all of our future plumbing needs!

He was very honest and offered me the best price. He is a licensed local plumber and did such a great job that the inspector was impressed by the results of his work. My wife was pleased that he was tidy and his clean-up was very thorough

After reseaching plumbers on Angie's list last week, I called Matt Weaver, owner of PSI, because of 6 glowing reviews from other members. I was a bit skeptical at first because the reviews seemed almost too good to be true. Happy to say, they were right on. Matt returns calls, if not immediately, in record time. He is honest, friendly, easy to work with and very dependable. It would be difficult to find a plumber who is more knowledgeable. These qualities may be true of some other plumbers. What Matt has to offer in addition is affordability, and to a senior like myself, living on a very fixed income, it was the icing on the cake. His labor charge for the superior work performed was a very affordable 300.00. Even more remarkable, he performed the work in a confined crawlspace without complaint. Mark charges fixed prices for labor without increasing prices for parts. I will be referring him to family and friends.

Once again Matt performed amazingly. Matt scheduled a time to come out and meet with us to review the job and a time that fit our needs and then came back a couple of days later, again based on what our schedule allowed. It's so nice to work with someone that it concerned with working with your schedule. His service and professionalism is superior to anyone we have used in the past. He had to replace 2 faucets and a shower. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong faucets, but Matt personally ran to the hardware store to get what was needed, and actually saved us some money on the faucets, but still got what we were looking for. That's the great thing about Matt, he is always going above and beyond the call of duty to meet your needs. At the end, the faucets and shower look great and work outstanding. I highly, highly recommend Matt to anyone. He is extremely competitive and so easy to work with. If we have anything in the future that is needed, he will be our only phone call!

I found the PSI listing via Angie's List, phoned Matt the owner and connected on first attempt. Received ballpark estimate over the phone and booked appointment for several days later at my convenience. Arrived promptly, work completed promptly including install of water softener and review of the work/appliance. Matt was pleasant to work with and it was exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.

Matt came right out after calling for a quote and once we agreed on the date and time, he stuck to it including his time estimate to complete the service.

They guy gave me a good bid. He never went over bid even though he did more work. I have nothing but praise for the work he did for me. Everything was done to code and it all came out perfectly.

Did complete job from demolition to finish painting and clean-up that sparkled. Work great with other contractors, was helful in suggesting quality fixtures and where was most efficient to purchase. Can not say enough good things about this contractor, proficient, timely, knowledgable, and communication with regard to all phases of the job.
