Tom was a great help. He went around the whole house and pointed out potential problems and whether is was an easy fix or if not how to go about getting someone to fix it. He was very thorough the whole way. The water and gas were not on as we had expected but he was very accommodating to come back again for a quick trip a few days later at no additional cost. Then when more information was needed by the mortgage company he came out again. He was always in a good mood and very helpful. He has coupons on his website. He was recommended through my realtor who also gave me the same discount. I don't intend to have to use him for a home inspection in the near future but will highly recommend him to other people buying a house.
