They were very good. Placing the order was easy and they made sure that everything was right. They were very efficient. They called and told me that the windows had arrived and the contractor called to set up a date and we did that. It took three days for the installation. He called and said that he was picking up the windows and would be there in an hour and he was. He cleaned up. He came with his own vacuum cleaner and even had shirts with their name on it. He did a super job and you couldn't even tell that the windows were replaced. His first name was Paul. I have had a lot of experience with carpenters and he was the best one I have ever worked with

They were excellent. I had gone to 12 or 14 places to check out doors. Not every companies do the installation. If we use installers from Lowe?s they would give us a break on their door. I also think we would get an extra year warranty if they install it. The installers were fantastic. There were two people that came out. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure whatsoever. They also answered all my questions. They were a pleasure to work with.
