The quality was excellent.

Salesman was very thorough, specific, and timely providing cost estimate. He was noticeably patient with my many questions. Installers were on time, clean, and careful with my furniture. They explained each step in the process and took time to position pattern of flooring to best advantage and to match the many different molding colors. They left no mess of any kind and my new floors are beautiful! Far better service (and same price) as big box stores.

So impressed! Not only did Floormart give me an amazing price on my hardwood flooring (LW Mountain brand solid walnut hardwood flooring, 3/4" thick by 3-5/8" wide), but their service was phenomenal. Mark went out of his way to order extra large samples for me to take home--and even offered to let me take his huge in-store samples home for the weekend. We were installing ourselves, but he came out to measure for us free of charge anyway (even came on a Sunday morning). He bent over backwards to get the order to me fast, and even sent three guys to deliver so they could bring it all the way into the house (all 72 heavy boxes). We installed the hardwood ourselves, so I can't comment on their installation, but so far I'm very impressed. I'll be ordering carpet from them soon.
