Work was reasonably priced. There was a little bit of sloppiness on the ceiling and walls but nothing too noticeable.

Fidelity earned my business by spending time to explain options to me, how the work would be performed, and to discuss various decisions that would effect the final outcome of the look of the new hardwood floors. Until I met with Fidelity/Jake, I was uncertain that I was going to go forward with Hardwood floors over carpet. However, what I really appreciated was Jake's willingness to look at my hardwood samples and discuss the various merits and demerits of each wood type, size, thickness, etc., and when I requested he do so, share an opinion about what would look better blended with my existing decor and adjoining areas of tile from the original construction 12 years earlier. Jake was very confident in his installer Joe's ability install my floors to my expectations and neither disappointed. I would happily use them again and recommend them to others, as I did do already for a friend who needed 3,000 sq.ft. of finish-in-place hardwood installed in a new commercial space (another job that turned out very well, as I've had the opportunity to inspect that space). Price of my job included all raw materials, labor, haul away of old carpet, etc.

Joe measured the job late one day and gave me a and quot;ballparkand quot; quote when I insisted on it, He said that Id get an itemized quote by Internet in the next day or so. I asked him for three references and received glowing reports of their workmanship when I checked them. The next day I received the formal quotation; I signed and returned it immediately. They started the installation about three weeks later.
Two other firms quoted this job and were both more expensive. Price was not why I settled on Fidelity, however. I felt that this man is sincere and honest. Also, he doesn't waste the buyers' time with unrelated chit-chat!

The manager and workers were great to work with, from pre-sales through installation. They all did their job with great professionalism, the communication was excellent and they made sure they cleaned up all work areas when they were done. Tthe completed work looks fantastic.

It's a family operation, they're all super nice. They came out in a timely manner, gave me an estimate, then came back as soon as I okay'd them, they did it in a timely and a efficient manner, and they did a good job. They were just very pleasant to work with and they were very professional.
